Inline Hockey

Inline Hockey is a team sport, requiring balance, coordination, and skill. It requires members of a team to work together, in an effort to place a puck within their assigned net, while an opposing team defends this net while trying to score in their own. This exciting, fast-pased sport is played at many competitive levels, and provides an opportunity to play and compete with other enthusiasts of the sport. To play Inline Hocky, it is imperatvie a basic level of inline skating skill is held by the skater. Participants must know how to stop quickly, turn sharply, and balance confidently in order to manage directing a ball around the floor using a hockey stick. CompetitionsSeveral competitive events run each year, locally and in Perth. The level of competition ranges from Development to National, and even International events. Skaters must join the Bunbury Rollerskating Club and Skate Australia in order to compete at these events. See the office for more information.

Step 3 - Further Inline Hockey classes ...An advanced class also runs on Wednesdays. This class is aimed at Intermediate to Advanced level skaters, and often features a 'full' hockey game. See the office the more information.
