Private lessons are available in all of these disciplines. So whether you choose to compete or just skate in the classes for fun, artistic skating is a sport you need to keep working at. So before you start artistic skating you will need a good basic level of skating skill (like attending Skate Smart Classes) and good general fitness.
Private lessons are booked via The Rink and can be run with more than one person per lesson (of similar level). Cost for a private lesson is $12.50 per 15min block this also covers FREE practice for the week of the lesson, and discounts for classes, but you must give 24 hrs notice to cancel your lesson booking.
Artistic Classes
Erin Guidici
The majority of artistic classes have two components: and on-skate section and an off-skate section. Off-skates it a time to develope a skater's general fitness, co-ordination, flexibility, and awareness. This will aid them in the On-Skate section, which focuses on developing skating skills in general and specific disciplines.
